The room was well designed - something we don't always get. It was very functional - lighting was excellent with adjustable lamps, lots of wi-fi charging connectors, the bed was very comfortable. Everything worked! It was nice to see a fitness center well-maintained with excellent exposure on the ground floor. The breakfast was good with varied dishes - not just the same old thing you get in most hotels. The air conditioner was quiet and comfortable.

All the tables off the lobby were really nice for a “before business dinner” gathering of coworkers. The rooms were very spacious. The complementary toiletries were very nice. The check-in help was super friendly and worked to put our rooms close together.

Breakfast was typical; we were upgraded to a larger room which included a moveable table we could use to play cards ... terrific! Room service was very responsive. Staff was warm and informative!

We didn’t have breakfast here. We were located on a separate floor from several youth baseball teams. So, that was VERY nice. We were at the end of the hall from the elevator, but the hall wasn’t too long so it was pleasant(not like a long hike in some hotels)

From the time we checked in, until we checked out, the staff was friendly, gave good information, and interested in us including a housekeeper that I rode in the elevator with. The breakfast was great with many options, and again the staff very friendly and cheerful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It looked like their gym was exceptional. We had a very restful time.

My husband had to go to IU for surgery so I was staying at the Fairfield, felt very safe.

This is the nicest and best hotel we have stayed in, to include “luxury branded” hotels or boutique hotels. This hotel is Top Notch !
